Journey to NPC Nationals 2011
In 22 days, I will be on my way to sunny Miami, Florida to show those judges what I’ve got & worked so hard for, NPC Nationals. This show is by far the most important contest to date for me. After placing 3rd in my class at Jr. Nationals in June, I’m ready to beat my last performance and come in better than ever.
Overall, prep continues to be going great and right on schedule, in my opinion. Only a few more hard workouts left!
All travel plans have been finalized and entry was mailed in this week, no turning back now. The only thing left to do is wait on my suit to be finished & I will be ready for take off.
Last weekend, I was feeling run down & just plain exhausted. But, after a small refeed & a higher carb day, I’m feeling back to 100%.
Support and encouragement has been through the roof this week and I’m so very thankful for that. I couldn’t ask for better people standing behind me every step of the way. You all know who you are! =))
As I said, another set of progress pictures were taken which I’m very satisfied with at this point in the game.
